Welcome to Wemelee! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, https://wemelee.com, and the services provided therein. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Website” refers to https://wemelee.com.
  • “User” or “You” refers to any person accessing or using the website.
  • “Content” refers to all material uploaded, posted, or otherwise shared by users, including images, videos, text, and other media.
  • “Prohibited Content” refers to illegal material such as:
    • Child pornography (pedopornography).
    • Zoophilia.
    • Content promoting hate speech, violence, discrimination, or privacy violations.

2. Eligibility

By using the website, you confirm that:

  2. ✅ There is no upper age limit for registration. Wemelee welcomes users of all ages beyond the legal minimum.
  3. ✅ You agree to respect all users, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background.
  4. ✅ Discriminatory behavior, offensive comments, or hate speech are strictly prohibited.
  5. ✅ Users below 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing the website.

3. Account Registration

  • Accuracy of Information:
    Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including but not limited to their full name, date of birth, and contact details. Wemelee reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false or misleading information without prior notice.
  • Responsibility for Account:
    Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and all activities carried out under their account. Wemelee is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
  • If a user is found to have created multiple accounts without verification, any unverified accounts will be permanently deleted, while the original verified account will remain active.
  • Attempts to circumvent this policy by using fake credentials, alternate email addresses, or proxy identities may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

Account Actions:

Wemelee reserves the right to suspend, delete, or ban accounts at its sole discretion in cases of:

  • Providing false or misleading registration information.
  • Posting prohibited content.
  • Engaging in spam or fraudulent activities.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or privacy violations against other users.

4. User Content

  1. Ownership:
    You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Wemelee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
  2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights to upload and share any content. Wemelee is not liable for copyright violations committed by users, and any disputes regarding copyrighted material must be handled by the original copyright owner and the user who uploaded the content.
  3. Prohibited Content:
    You must not upload or share content that includes:
    • ❌ Child pornography or zoophilia (which will be reported to authorities immediately).
    • ❌ Copyright-infringing material without proper authorization.
    • ❌ Content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or privacy violations.
    • ❌ Malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, malware, trojans, worms, spyware, or any other code, file, or program designed to interrupt, harm, or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of Wemelee, its users, or their data.
    • ❌ Phishing attempts, scams, or fraudulent activities intended to steal personal or financial information from users or Wemelee.
  4. Monitoring:
    Wemelee reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove content at its discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Rules of Conduct

By using the website, you agree:

  1. ✅ NOT to engage in illegal activities, harassment, spam, or defamation.
  2. ✅ NOT to upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  3. ✅ NOT to impersonate others or spread false information.
  4. ✅ TO AVOID posting content that:
    • Is racist, sexist, or discriminatory.
    • Violates someone’s privacy or reputation.

Serious violations will result in immediate account suspension and, if necessary, legal action.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellation

Membership Plans:

Wemelee offers both free and paid membership plans (Trial, Monthly Premium, and Annual Premium). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms of your chosen subscription.

Cancellation Policy:

Users can cancel their premium membership at any time through the following link:

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your premium access will be revoked at the time of cancellation. If you wish to continue using premium features, you must purchase a new subscription plan.
  • Wemelee does NOT offer refunds for users who cancel their membership before the end of their billing cycle.
  • Users who fail to complete the Identity & Content Verification process will NOT be able to publish content, even if they have an active paid subscription. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refund Policy:

Wemelee does not offer refunds for subscriptions unless:

  • System errors or double billing occur.
  • An unauthorized payment is reported within 7 days.

7. Identity Verification & Creator Agreement

In order to publish content on Wemelee, all creators must complete the identity verification process:

During the verification, users must:

✅ Upload a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID).

✅ Upload a selfie holding their ID for authentication.

✅ Confirm their consent to publish content and comply with Wemelee’s policies.

Even if you have an active and paid membership, you will NOT be able to publish content unless this verification process is completed. Wemelee does NOT offer refunds for users who fail to complete the required verification.

8. Content & Consent to Publish

All creators must agree to both the Content Provider Agreement (CPA) and the Consent to Publish Content.

✅ Content Provider Agreement (CPA): The creator confirms they own the rights to the content and that all persons depicted are adults and have given explicit consent.

✅ Consent to Publish: The creator grants Wemelee permission to host, display, and distribute their content on the platform.

9. Reporting Violations

Users can report violations or prohibited content through our Contact Page. Wemelee will investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Heilbronn, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

Wemelee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated via email or published on the website.

Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
